These terms govern your use of the dhabago owner portal and the online menu hosting it provides (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
dhabago lets restaurant owners build an online menu and publish it at a web address. Creating and editing a restaurant is free; publishing it requires a paid subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything published from your account, including menu content, prices and any licence numbers you enter.
Subscriptions are billed per restaurant, monthly or yearly. Monthly plans start with a 30-day free trial and require a card. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.
You can cancel from the Subscription page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period or trial, after which your menu is no longer served.
You may not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or use the Service to impersonate another business. We may suspend restaurants that do.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
