This notice covers restaurant owners using the dhabago portal. Diners reading a published menu are covered by that menu’s own privacy page.
Your name and email address, the restaurant details and menu content you enter, files you upload for menu import or as a logo, and basic technical logs.
Card details are collected and stored by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
Google Cloud / Firebase hosts the Service and its data. Menu files you choose to import are processed by Google’s AI services to extract the menu. Paddle processes payments.
For as long as your account exists, and afterwards only where billing or legal records require it.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, by writing to info.dhabago@gmail.com.
